Happy Friday everyone! Nothing says fall in the Stephenson household more than pumpkin picking, apple cider, and some good pumpkin ice cream! This is the delicious recipe I will be serving up this weekend for our amazing fall weekend.
1 Quart of apple cider
1 Package of mulling spices
Spiced Rum (We always prefer Bacardi)
Bring the quart of apple cider and package of mulling spices to a boil.
Once boiling, turn the heat down to low and allow the mixture to simmer for 30 minutes.
Strain out all mulling spices, serve cider over 1 ounce of spiced rum.
