HAPPY HOUR: Celebration Cocktail

Today is a huge day, a day that has been 5 years in the making! I am officially graduating from the University of Cincinnati and could not be more excited to start this next chapter of my life! So this celebration cocktail is in honor of all the celebrating I will be doing today! Enjoy!

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz GREY GOOSE Cherry Noir
½ oz ST-GERMAIN liqueur
½ oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz Pomegranate juice
¾ oz Prosecco

PREPARATION:

Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker.

Shake vigorously and strain into the flute glass.

Top with the prosecco and present with a fresh black cherry.

Um hello yum! This title caught my eye on Pinterest and I had to find the recipe! I know this is a perfect summer drink, but I thought I would share it anyway for all of us who are still dreaming about flip flops and pool days in this gloomy rainy Texas weather!

RECIPE:

Smirnoff Lemon Sorbet Vodka

1 pint of Lemon Sorbet

*combine the pint of sorbet with 1 cup of vodka, mix well in blender*

Smirnoff Sorbet Vodkas also come in Raspberry, Mango Passion Fruit, and Pomegranate

RASPBERRY PEACH PROSECCO

INGREDIENTS:

12 OZ OF FROZEN RASPBERRIES

2 CUPS OF CHILLED PEACH NECTAR

1 BOTTLE OF CHILLED PROSECCO

ICE CUBES

INSTRUCTIONS:

PUT THE FROZEN RASPBERRIES IN A PITCHER,

TOP WITH PEACH NECTAR AND PROSECCO,

FILL THE REST OF THE CONTAINER WITH ICE

CHILL AND SERVE!
