HAPPY HOUR: Fourth of July Cocktail

After a long Monday at work I realized that it is time to start looking forward to this three day holiday weekend! Here is a great recipe I can’t wait to try this weekend!

WATERMELON BLUEBERRY MOJITO.

INGREDIENTS:

2oz of White Rum (our favorite is Bacardi)

1 1/3 cups of watermelon juice (I can’t wait to use my juicer!)

1 tablespoon of lime juice

blueberries

DIRECTIONS:

Run watermelon (sans rind) through your juicer. Add rum, watermelon juice, and

lime juice in to a shaker. Pour over ice. Garnish with blueberries. Enjoy!

HAPPY HOUR: Celebration Cocktail

Today is a huge day, a day that has been 5 years in the making! I am officially graduating from the University of Cincinnati and could not be more excited to start this next chapter of my life! So this celebration cocktail is in honor of all the celebrating I will be doing today! Enjoy!

THE CELEBRATION COCKTAIL.

 

INGREDIENTS:
1 ½ oz GREY GOOSE Cherry Noir
½ oz ST-GERMAIN liqueur
½ oz Freshly squeezed lemon juice
1 oz Pomegranate juice
¾ oz Prosecco

PREPARATION:

Combine the first four ingredients in a shaker.

Shake vigorously and strain into the flute glass.

Top with the prosecco and present with a fresh black cherry.
